Core Values

Integrity [in-teg-ri-tee] -noun : adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.
The world of IT and dealing with multiple vendors, technologies and constituencies can be a difficult environment to conduct business in a straight-shooting and ethical manor. RPC sees our integrity as our higher order and value-proposition to our clients; it is, in fact, the reason we feel clients want to work with us.

Teamwork [teem-wurk] -noun : cooperative or coordinated effort on the part of a group of persons acting together as a team or in the interests of a common cause.
These same constituencies can make teamwork oftentimes hard to achieve fully. RPC will first-and-foremost be teamed with our client sponsor, but where appropriate will also seek to build cohesion between other client stakeholder-groups, vendors and 3rd party organizations.

Accountability [uh-koun-tuh-bil-i-tee] -noun : the state of being accountable, liable, or answerable.
Without the ability to hold people and parties accountable, the achievement of results can tend to be lost in the mix of just “doing your job”. RPC and our consultants will be held responsible for the delivery of what we have committed to our clients, and moreover, we expect all involved parties to be equally accountable on their commitments, including consultants, partners, vendors and even the client.
